This Cookie Policy explains what PhilDesk stores in your browser, why, and how to control it. It covers phildesk.app and the PhilDesk dashboard; for how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics & Advertising
We don't run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or cross-site tracking script on phildesk.app. In production we use lightweight, first-party performance monitoring (Core Web Vitals like load time and layout shift) purely to keep the app fast — this data isn't tied to your identity and isn't shared with ad networks.
5. Third-Party Cookies
When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and process your payment securely. Those are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies, not ours.
6. How to Clear or Control
Signing out of PhilDesk clears your session token automatically. To remove everything manually, clear your browser's site data for phildesk.app (in most browsers: Site settings → Cookies and site data → Clear, or dev tools → Application → Local Storage). Clearing it will simply sign you out — it won't affect your account or store data.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
